Friday 17th September 2004 Gymnasts form Norway, Portugal and Czec Republic joined us for a visit to The World of Glass Museum in St Helens.

Monday 13th September - The countdown has begun final preparations are under way for the weekend.
Thursday 16th September - St Helens RGC begins the welcome of our International Gymnasts, who will be staying at Lindesfarne House.
Friday 17th September - Early morning training followed by a visit in the afternoon to St Helens World of Glass, after lunch there will be some free time in the town before returning to Lindesfarne for dinner.
